Creative Conditioning Classes

The Creative Conditioning class is based on a few modern workout principals; high intensity strength training, high weight and low repetition lifting, and interval training. High intensity strength training is pushing a muscle to failure in a short period of time. This allows for an increase in heart rate as well as a breakdown of the muscle fiber. This results in calorie and fat burning as well as building muscle.

High intensity weight training in intervals is a fast and efficient way to burn calories, build muscle and increase cardiovascular endurance.

Strength & Stamina

The training in the Creative Conditioning class is designed to provide strength and stamina for the aerialists and dancers.
